About KatrinaB

I’m Katrina—sunset photography addict, recovering perfectionist, digital artist, and story-loving soul. I create space for women to reconnect with themselves through journaling, creativity, and a whole lot of “me too.”

I’m not here to fix you.

I’m here to remind you that you were never broken.

I didn’t plan on reinventing myself.
I just knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was.

Back then...

Like a lot of women, I spent years showing up for everyone else—kids, family, career, relationships—while quietly putting myself last. I did what was expected, what looked good, what held it all together.

Then life happened. The kind of life you don’t plan for.

When it all fell apart…

There was loss. Heartbreak. Moments that cracked everything wide open.

And with them came a choice: keep pretending I was fine or start figuring out what I actually needed.

What I found in the quiet…

So I slowed down. Started writing things down. Got curious.

And little by little, I stopped chasing the version of myself I thought I should be and started reconnecting with who I actually was.

Now, I share what helped me find my way back

Journaling. Reflection. Creative expression.

All of it became part of the process—not to fix myself, but to find myself again.

Today, I create books, tools, and art to support women going through their own seasons of change. Whether you're navigating grief, transition, identity shifts or just wondering what's next—you don’t have to do it perfectly. Or alone.

You just have to show up, as you are.

In case you’re curious...this is where my journaling tools, writing prompts, and creativity courses come from real moments of reflection, grief, and starting again. I made them for me… and for you.

You don’t have to have the answers.”

You just have to be willing to show up”
